Covid-19 may have taken camp away this year, but Channel 3 Kids Camp wants to be there for the thousands of kids who depend on summer camp as part of life returning to normal. Your support tonight will help ensure that we are ready to welcome them in 2021 and beyond!

For the past 109 years, Channel 3 Kids Camp has been a haven and an escape for children from all over Connecticut. Thanks to our generous funders and supporters, thousands of children who would otherwise not have had the opportunity have delighted in a week in nature, learning, growing, having fun and making friends.The unexpected pandemic upended everything. No programs, no fundraisers, no kids, no income.

 

As soon as it is safe to do so, we will be back. But meanwhile we have basic expenses to cover like everyone else; mortgage, insurance, and basic utilities. These alone are over $20,000 each month, not including payroll.  With your help tonight we will be able to protect our beautiful 150 acres and facilities and be ready to welcome children next spring!
